The Challenge

Before: Marketers had to manually create and configure over 100 steps to build a campaign, adjust email flows, and navigate Eloqua’s rigid reporting system—resulting in time-consuming and inefficient workflows.

After: AI intelligently suggests the most effective customer journey flows based on the marketer’s goal, enabling the creation of fully automated, optimized campaign workflows with minimal effort.

New Feature: AI-Powered Prebuilt Customer Journey Maps: Enter a goal, and the system suggests the best journey maps. These ready-to-use maps help marketers create campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Predictive Segmentation

Traditional segmentation relied on static rules and outdated data. With Predictive Segmentation, AI automatically analyzes past interactions and behaviors to identify the leads most likely to engage.
